Teacher Morale
|
Teacher morale is an interest of mine, because I truly believe that having a happy, self-motivated disposition is the starting point for student success. Even if a student does not have adequate motivation and support at home regarding his or her education, a teacher, if having the right intrinsic tools, is able to give the student the absolute best for lifelong learning, as opposed to a teacher with low morale.
This is a separate blog highlighting important reasons why morale is so important, studies pertaining to teacher morale, and ways to support a high morale in the workplace. |
